I do not wanna interrupt on sourceforge again so here the final observations regarding the normalmaps & glowmaps for our teams:

This is 100% tested & valid information now (afaik):

Normalmaps do not work if more than one skin is defined in the md2 file !
Glowmaps do not work for bodies if more than one skin is defined in the md2 file !
Only glowmaps work for the heads of our models, normalmaps do never work !

This info should help us track down the problems origin easily & eliminate it...

Have patience; this is still a work-in-progress.  Could you post some of the normalmaps you're having problems with (eg. skins, heads) so I can use them for testing?
