Just extract it somewhere & run make_ufoai_win32.exe.
If you already own the source (ufoai) put it somewhere under the MinGW folder first, otherwise Muton's tool also assists you with getting the source...

Thanx a lot once again, Muton (how often did I write this already ?!), will try that one in the evening & report success or failure here, but I am quite sure that I will report success  ;)

Gren:
Thanks MCR - and a big thanks to Muton  ;D ;)

Just running another build atm.

Gren:
I've tried 2 more builds (to make sure I'm doing it correctly) 29150 & 29154 - both have the same problems as before...???

Muton:
confirmed

Fix:
someone added the wrong intl.dll into contrib/scripts
the md5 hash must be 9f95ece3d2b3909de4d9147c4d93f976
can be found in mingw/bin/intl.dll

Its to late (00:29) for me to fix it on my own
