r29093 'oriental-medium' map & mouse pointer bug

Bug Report:
1. On start of 'oriental-medium' map, will crash and immediately exit battlescape. (Happens both in campaign & skirmish mode, no problems when randomly loaded and played with other maps in skirmish mode)

2. Alt-tab to windows in full-screen mode (either normal or safe-mode) results in USB mouse pointer to be locked at top left hand corner of screen. Windowed mode does not have such bug.

3. (trivial) Under 'options', 'keys', some keyboard shortcuts not shown or incomplete description at the end of the scrollbar.

System tested: UFOAI r29093 & r29064, WinXP SP3 32bit

Yes, the 'oriental-medium' map bug is resolved. Tested with r29113.

However, '/R_ModLoadTags: found 100 frames in models/objects/vegi/palm_a/palm1.tag but model has 101 frames' msg is still present. Please inform destructavator about it.

Query:
Is the 'x' key binding working for the 'togglereaction' yet? The 'togglereaction' msg prompt was shown but no changes was seen (as in reserving TUs or icon changed for e 'reaction fire' button). Mouse click on the 'reaction fire' button worked though.
