Can I completely "unbuild" a base? Can I destroy the lift?

I've got a problem: I built a base that is in a wrong place and it hurt my finances a lot. To cut my financial losses, I demolished all buildings but I can't get rid of the lift-entrance. So I pay 20.000 / month for... a lift... in Southern America. Quite an expensive lift is thta ;)

Is there a way to "unbuild" a base completely?
