I reinstalled and i got this error HELP

Where this /home/luke/desktop/ufoai/ufo.x86_64 stuff (symlink?) points to?
What happens if you simply run ufo?

./ufo: error while loading shared libraries: libcurl-gnutls.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
luke@luke-desktop:~$ ufo
bash: ufo: command not found
so am i meant to be launching thru a terminal or theu the file like in windows?? These are the files i have installed in ufoai folder
/home/luke/desktop/ufoai/ufo.x86_64
/home/luke/desktop/ufoai/ufo.xpm
/home/luke/desktop/ufoai/ufo2map.x86_64
/home/luke/desktop/ufoai/ufoai
/home/luke/desktop/ufoai/ufoded.x86_64
/home/luke/desktop/ufoai/uninstall
Am i missing something??
Tryed the windows version must say love it, just want to use Ubuntu as i am trying to make the switch, as you can see not very well lol.
