svn-2620: Bugs

svn-2620 looks quite playable (make it RC4!), but still has some bugs:

* When a research-project gets finished, "Notice: Build lab first" is shown
* The hired Scientists go away (you have to unhire + hire them again)

* The Soldier-count gets out of sync, if you unhire a soldier that is assigned to the team
* The kill-count for soldiers is not saved

* I found a red "out of ammo" Kerrblade on an alien. See issue 1539176,

* On explosions, the aliens die before the impact of the rocket or grenade

* base/sound/ambience/jingle2.wav : invalid filetype - should be jingle2.ogg

And some missing models / pictures

will commit a fix today

fixed in revision 2666
