Skelatal Animation

This would be a great new feature... I always dealt with skeletal animation before when I used to mod Half-Life, I fired up Milkshape to start doing some new animations on the models and realized.... Quake 2 didn't use skeletal animation. Anyhow, I know this won't be implemented anytime soon, but, would be nice to have on the TODO list...

we have support for dpm model (darkplace models) but the skeletal part of the implementation is still missing. we can only render it statically right now - but this format would be the choice if it comes to skeletal models.
