Ubuntu 9.04 Text Crash

Hi

I installed all the UFO in the correct way, exactly the instructions, and works... but when the splash screen start, is all.. the text convert in noise, and then after many clicks apears the main screen with the text incomplete or only noise.... I can't play and I want to do it... can you help me...
