SVN Update error.
« on: June 23, 2009, 11:09:12 am »
I currently cannot seem to do a successful SVN update.   I am using Tortoise SVN on under windows Vista.

I get the following in my TSVN Screen:
Quote
Command   Update
Error          REPORT of '/svnroot/ufoai/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read response body:
Error          Secure connection truncated (https://ufoai.svn.sourceforge.net)
Finished!

1144 kbytes transferred in 3  minutes 44 Seconds
The operation failed.
The amount of data transffered on an attempted update seems to change as the trunk goes through revisions.  but remains constant as long as no changes are made.   If other things get changed i usually seem to get them just fine.

I can do an update on individual directories and it seems that my troubles reside in:
\base\models\aircraft\inter_starchaser

any ideas? or a work around?  I have the files from the HTTP repository but can't figure out how to get TSVN to recognize them correctly.

if i try deleting the DIR and redoing the update i get:

added     C:\UFOAISTUFF\ufoai\base\models\aircraft\inter_starchaser
added     C:\UFOAISTUFF\ufoai\base\models\aircraft\inter_starchaser\starchaser.md2
then the same error.

Hi PhilRoi,

I have no problems even as of now..... R24810.

Maybe its just that the SVN Reportiary is busy...... (aka timeout) try again say maybe 10 15 mins later.

Or if u r using TSVN (Tortise SVN), u may wan to do a cleanup before trying again......

i've tried at least 50 times over the last 5 days.   what i am finding online suggests it is a server side error.  ah well,  i'll  figure something out.
