RC4: Load game - Errormessage not shown

with rev 2319, I cannot load savegames  :(
The menu does not show any error, it just returns to the "Singleplayer"-menu.

To see the erromessage, open the console:

Changing to Singleplayer
Savefile version 4 detected
Global data loaded
CL_CampaignActivateStage: stage 'ntro' not found.
Unable to load campaign 'slot2', unknown stage ''
--- End code ---

It is a savegame from this version of the game,
just after building bases and equipping the soldiers.

Apart from fixing this, it would also be nice to show
a messagebox to the user, if such an error occurs.

Yes, savegames are currently broken... This is the price of progress...
