AltHUD-Stats-Dialog

HaJo:
in the altHUD, the stats-dialog shows several bugs:
* the dialog is too small for all the data
* the bars for health + ?? are empty (white)
* the soldiers-buttons are in the wrong order (4-3-2-1)
