console command: change soldier location

Hi All,
since in 2.3-dev there's a bug that prevents soldiers to use most of the stairs (like in alien's ship), is there a console command that allow you to amend the soldier location (x,y,z) during a mission?

Sometimes if you crouch you can then go up the stairs.
