SF-tracker - move issue between groups ?

I don't see how to move a tracker-item on sf.net from one group to another.

E.g. I posted "[ 1531334 ] Campaign-text: too long / no scrolling"
under "Feature Requests", but it really is a bugreport.

And none of the change-options seem to allow a modification
for correcting that.
