[Dev version] Moving the world map

Moving the world map in 2.3 seems backwards.

If I want to move to the right, I click on the left side of the little globe.
If I want to move up, I click on the bottom of the little globe.

I tried to right-click on the map to move/center, but that had no effect.

Can we get some options to control this?

Options that control how the interface work are pointless, but you should be able to drag the globe with the RMB.
