Failure in an sector
« on: December 16, 2008, 08:07:00 pm »
Good evening,

I am playing this game for the first time. Before I played already the X-COM series.
In the game there is an error/failure in an sector called "Rzezow" or something typing like that.

The Map is a house by the hill, and one house up the hill. In the house up the hill there is a small knoll.
I killed all aliens, but there is no end. One is surviving. I can play endless. And I think, this survivor of alien
is falling in this small knoll. Always (I started the sector as often as possible for me) the alien is moving onwards
the knoll and then it gone missing.

It is a little bit frustrating, because this game has a good flair, and I thought to play it through until christmas. :)

Hope somebody could help me.

Best regards

The correct name of the sector is Rzeszow.

Maybe in Poland or Ukraine.

Unfortunately I have no screen shot programme.

Has the programme an integrated function for screen shots?

Hm, I have found this hotkey in the game options.

But where are this screen shots saved?

In the game directory are no pictures of the screen shots I have made.

Thank you in advance

Thank you all!

Here is the map, and the mentioned knoll.

And the save game, for the regarded sector.

I'd tell you to use a development version (see the sticky in this forum), but it's a lot less playable than 2.2.1 stable.

Would this one be the correct one?

And could I use the old save games, or not?

There's no "correct" one. None of the dev versions are stable. You can just see if your particular problem is gone in them.

You can't use old savegames.
