Nice ones! Just one thought about the vending machine: The logos are recognizeable. Won't we have trademark problems about them?

Unfortunately, yes we would.

No Problem, it's an existing machine, same as a model of an existing car.
when you replace the trademark, then you can have an problem.

Edit : here it's no problem, they only hide logo's for not giving free advertising.
        Maybe when you have a 100 million dollar game, they ask royalties for using
        the design as reference.
