RC3: Base-building: messagebox too big

HaJo:
The messagebox in the lower left is a bit too big (for the text it contains),
and it obscures a part of the lowest row of  the base-terrain.

I suggest to make the box smaller, or resize the base-map.

Also, the cursor does not show the shape of the new room to add.
That worked in my previous version.
