RC3: Worldmap dialogbox

The dialogbox in the lower left of the worldmap obscures
the southernmost part of southamerica, and part of antarctia.

It would be nice if this box could be moved or dragged via mouse,
maybe automatically if a mission-site appears underneath it.

Some mission-descriptions don't fit into the box, e.g. Gwanda
Also, the line with "Day/Night" gets overwritten from such a long text.

Maybe "Day/Night" should be positioned at the right margin of the
line with the mission-type.

Ok, I will have a closer look into the docs...

But as such a feature is not obvious, it would be nice
to have some clickable arrow-buttons, or a F1-helppage.
