I hate to ask stupid questions when there may be an obvious place to look, but... Where do you find the revision notes for the new builds?

There is no good list. The best thing is to follow the monthly news updates which try to catch the most important changes. You can also see a log of every commit but it's not always clear what the changes are from the commit message (unless you deal with the coding).

Bah nvm me, I downloaded another installer and 2.4 now works for me. A gem of a game, both thumbs up. It's a tribute to the X-Com games, keep up the good work.
