Default directory, only within the D:/

"The system cannot find the file specified.
The system cannot find the path specified.
Press any key to continue..."

EDIT: the problem is that I was trying to do a fresh install, rather than update

Muton:
Game only, no Radiant, no sources
W2k support (Windows 2000)
no Admin right needed to install and uninstall

ufoai-2.3-dev-30387-Debug-pentium3-O1-sse-7z-small-win32.exe

Will update any installer >= 30387
ufoai-2.3-Update-30387-to-30505-Debug-pentium3-O1-sse-7z-small-win32.exe
ufoai-2.3-Update-30387-to-30507-Release-pentium3-O1-sse-7z-small-win32.exe

You can install release or debug, even switch from debug to release or vis-versa

Watch out its not a dev release anymore
choose the right installpath!

@vedrit
D:/
dont install in your rootfolder D:\
the uninstaller will wipe the whole disk!

what about this directory: D:\UFOAI-2.3-dev\ ???

im installed and uninstalled the game there a few times,... is the same problem there too now and is this a new bug?

btw i dont think that anyone installed the game on D:\ without any folder...

Muton:
The uninstaller will
rd /S /Q <install_dir>
If this is D:\ or C:\
everything will be deleted
like
rm -rf /

Its not a bug and no feature
Function .onVerifyInstDir need to be extended to prevent installs on D:\ or F:\ ...
not only C:\

The default installpath has changed its not UFOAI-2.3-dev anymore
UFOAI-2.3 is the default now
Its important to point the update install routine to your install folder
which will be UFOAI-2.3-dev most likely
Its just a hint (if this bother you)
