Ukrainian translation

Hi. I wonder weather the developers are interested in improving the Ukrainian translation  :)
Actually I have just downloaded and improved Ukrainian *.po file but now I'm stuck because don't know where to upload my improved file. Can anyone help me with this?

Так, раз уж вы создаёте тикеты на патч-трекере каждый день-два, может проще работать напрямую? Кто-нибудь, заведитесь в жаббере, и стукнитесь ко мне.
