i just started to play, but I can't find a screen where I suppose to equip my soldiers... pls where is it :P

Go to aircraft. Select your firebird and assign soldiers. The equipment screen is two screens after that.

by the way, what's the matter if your base is under attack by evils

i let some garnison/soldiers in the big bases ,
the ones without firebird (workshop or research ones...)
they are some weapons in stock but no link between the weapons and the soldiers

but how the "toys" will be assigned to the soldiers in case of base defense fighting
