RC3: Bugs in althud

HaJo:
Bugs in the alternate HUD:
* Faces on buttons at bottom don't match the face in the picture at right
* The order of the face-buttons is reversed (#1 at right, #8 at left)
* no button for personal stats (only reachable via right-click)
* no tooltips

Mattn:
althud now has some tooltips in current revision
