The initial equipment + available items from the market
were 8 kevlar-vests, just enough to outfit one team of 8.
When a soldier dies, his armor is lost.
To outfit a new man, I would like to purchase a new vest,
but no new armor was available during the first two weeks.
I think the rate of new equipment getting available should be improved...
