Buildings - Ufopedia-Link

It d be nice to have a link to the fitting ufopedia-article in the buildings-menu.
Maybe just a small icon next to it...

Currently such link exists for buildings already build (left click on em).
But
1) the info would be more useful before building
2) the ufopedia-link is not consistent as some buildings (like hangar) have another menu coming up

I've made an easy solution:

There will be an icon on the building-info panel.

You don't have to (re)compile the game for it, just add the lines marked with '+' to menu_buildings.ufo file.
(This file is in %gamedir%/base/ufos/. But you may need to extract it from %gamedir%/base/0ufos.pk3 - which is a zip.)
