no hw acceleration on matrox g550

thess:
hi. i have similar problem as lot other ( no hw acceleration detected) but on different gpu. matrox millenium g550
i just dowloaded new drivers because on old driver I had the gray shape problem
and niw i cant even run the game.
Do anybody know how to solve it?
