dedicated server

I thought i might leave a dedicated server up.

the dedicated server console just stops responding (well, it displays, but never starts responding).

2.2.1 installer
win xp sp2

I thought the Windows dedicated server was broken. Did you test to see if your server is actually running?

i just started ufo_ded again. (still went to "not responding").

started client on same machine. my server did not appear in the server list. attempted to connect using IP address, got server unreachable.

so unless the way i tested it was wrong, i think i can say that ufo_ded is broken in my installation.

Like I said, it's broken. It's been broken for a long time.

Mattn:
the ufo dedicated server console input seams to be broken - some windows coder should have a look here maybe.
