Zonerider, the base, named "Phalanx HQ", is overcrowded with 1 person. It was the only problem I observed. Your savegame seems to be 100% working.

No events spawn. No Ufo, no base attak, no alien base, no Terror, no landings... Is boring, when i build and research all to the top and have a nice empire, when the game makes the most fun its ends... -.- what a stupid funktion.

Zonerider, sorry I could not realize where is the problem before.
Try this: found a line, containing

id="intercept" value="-32354" />
--- End code ---
Change the value to a positive number. I have set to:

id="intercept" value="15600" />
--- End code ---

Please, tell - does it help or not.
