cant research the Particle beam weapon

hello,
i have a question to the research in the game.

I didn't research the "Particle beam weapon" (http://ufoai.ninex.info/wiki/index.php/Flugzeugausr%C3%BCstung/Waffen/Partikelstrahlwaffe)
 
I have all other research's (Aug 2084) done, but this are not work, in the labor stands:
"Forschung kann nicht gestartet werden. Es fehlen zugrundeliegende Technologien."
in english: "Research can not be started. It lacks underlying technologies"
in the base where i want to research i have 2 weapons in the lager.

is this a bug or have i make a error?

The prerequisite for this [at least in 2.3] is having researched a Fighter or Harvester UFO.  You have done one of these?

jes i have a undamaged harvester with a lot of things inside (was landing...)
after the researcher has looking and he say i can demage his i do it in the production.
is this the error?
kan i give you a save-game for looking?

It's possible you have a bug here.  The Harvester does NOT show up as a topic that has been researched.  On the other hand, your campaign is a lot farther along than mine.  If you are absolutely sure you that you did research the Harvester, then i'd suggest posting this in Bugs.

Tomorry i have found another Harvester and at the same time a ufo jaeger.
When the Transport to the haupt-basis success the research the "Particle beam weapon" work (the harvester research was now show).

But the game is now obviously to end.
At this time to the "2091" (!!) noelse Alien found at the earth.
Super, the game endes after only 38 missionen.

But i will give up and make a save-game und load the game and this save-game then the aliens came back....

Tip your User how have the same problem: Save the games und load the game repeatedly for good gaming.

having researched a Fighter and a Scout UFO (Aug 2084),I had success the research the "Particle beam weapon" work  In Jun 2084.after I researched a Fighter ,Particle beam weapon was  showed,
it's a good game I first play~!
