Destroy/dismantle base?

I've now 8 bases, and I cannot build anymore. While it's enough, but I'd like to move one into a better position. 
I can't figure out how to get rid of a base. 

If there's a way, pray tell me, if there's none, can we have one?

The Powers That Be have decided that nobody needs more than eight bases.  In place of more bases, they are discussing adding mini bases [Radar sites, Sam sites].  Sadly, i know of no way to delete a base other than to load a save file created before the base was added.

for dismantle a base i think you must destroy the entrance.

Cant get rid of a base by destroying entrance, I just tried it.
Doesnt seem to be any other way of removing them either.
