initialSkills bug + exp request

Trunk version: 15271
In CL_SwapSkills skills are swapped but not the initial values, so after a finished mission skills are recalculated so the function is kind of reverted.
hoehrer got a nice fix commited for this as of r15279

This bug still doesn't explain why I had freak occurances like power being below 10 as initialskill after finishing a mission.
I've hacked http://pastebin.com/m2bdf3e3f and http://pastebin.com/m3009ffe to get initial skills shown. It's really a hack lol to force what I need taking out the skill levels to have more space.
But I'd like to see something similar in the SVN: Showing the exp gain of the current skill value marked by a darker green

One more thing... it's tricky for hp, when I tried to get what I wanted for hp the hp value was copied into kills, not good :P How is initial hp saved/accessable?
