Apologies in advance for the impertinence, but I wanted to find out what "roundstart.wav" was supposed to be? When I played my first few missions, I thought it was some sort of alien noise
I see the creator of the wav was Rei, who's not been on the forum for a few years now. Does anyone have any other ideas?

PS. So what I guess I am asking for is a review of this sound effect, as I think it is a non intuitive part of the interface. Thank you!
