End of single player campaign question
« on: June 01, 2008, 10:19:20 am »
Hello,

I just tried to play the game (on an easy setting so far). At the end of December of the first year, I got the corrupt town mission. After that, in January of the next year, I got the "completed single player" splash screen. After that, no more UFOs...
I do not think that I research everything (I only recovered a figher and a harvester, never a scout, never even saw a bigger UFO). I did about 40 missions.

Does that all seem to be about right? The rest is a question of being implemented at the moment?

Thanks,

D.

yes, the campaign needs work. it is possible to build ufo-tech flyers in 2.2.1, before the time runs out, but you have to play your cards right.

eg do not shoot down ufos that you need to capture whole, let them land, and get them. build ufo hangars ASAP, so you do not miss a chance to store them.

What happens after the time runs out? Are there no more missions of any kind?  :(
