Stop research tech

Hello ,

I play two weeks on UfoAi.

I look to wikipedia i see a lot of alien thinks to research , but i not see Ufo Ships carrier and Gunbout. I cant research psi thinks.

My question , this is implemented, or i must wait this two ships to improve my tech
