2.2 always opening in window mode, causing probs in battles

Hi

just installed version 2.2, seems fine apart from being unable to move around the battle map, the game is opening in a window on my machine (2.1 didn't) and if I try to go to the bottom left corner of a battle map using the mouse I cannot get there the battlescape map doesn't move, I am assuming it has something to do with the window as it appears to be fractionally larger than my display

anyway to stop it opening in a window

go to video options and select fullscreen -or set vid_fullscreen cvar to 1 in the commandline or the config.cfg

Also try vid_grabmouse 1. That should fix your scrolling problem even in windowed mode.

Thanks for the help, i will try the suggestions when i get a chance to play later this week

It has been working fine when i use it in safemode though
