we already have http://ufoai.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/ufoai/ufoai/data_source/models/alien_syringe.blend?view=log - but i don't know whether this is the most recent version

But im having difficulties turning them to .md2, the tutorial is really scarce and not so clear, for example, how many blender units should they be?

Well, guess ill start making other models of the TO DO in my free time, something have priority?
