Game crashes with "No free inventory space!" error

Each time I am playing ufo ai 2.0rc2 it crashes while playing a mission (mostly the second or third one) It switch back to the window desktop with an error screen "No free inventory space!"

by the way, I can not save -> the game crashes also. It is "normal" for the rc2 release ?

Yeah, this is a known bug with medium and big inventories. :<

Ever? After saving or loading? For me, with really big inventory, it crashes after loading.

Ok, I just made an experiment:
Start UFO
Chose singleplayer, new campain
Select a place for the base,
-> save -> crash

It crashes every time i want save. (I can enter the save file name and 1-2 sec. after pressing return I got this Windows window wheater i want to send a bug report...

What it in the inventory, all the things have bought or collected ??

yes, this bug was in rc2 - but is already fixed in current svn. stay tuned - there will a new rc soon.
