New approach to inform about research results

Now if research is done, you have several lines of inforamtion in "status bar":
 - New research proposed.../1/
 - New research proposed.../2/
 - New research proposed.../3/
 - A research project has been completed.../4/

 And only ONE last line (/1/) is displayed here. So, I'm already know that if you have "new proposal", that I'm invented something... But it's not correct I think.

 May be it's possible to give out in upper line something like:
 - A research has been completed. You have 3 new research proposal.
 And when you point mouse cursor to icon that lists all log, here can be all lines showed.

I don't understand. It is already the case - you move your cursor to the small picture right from the messages log, and the messages log opens showing all messages. Or did I get you wrong?

Now for FULL picture of events you should point cursor to small icon.
 I'm talking about "summary message", from which (without pointing a cursor), I can clearly understand what's happend.
