Map dissappers on vista

The map like the floor and buildings are black when I play this on vista

Maybe it's a driver issue? I tried playing the game on Vista some months ago and it was reasonably fine (fullscreen didn't work, but the graphics did).

Make sure you've got all the latest sound, video, and directx drivers installed to your PC. You'll have to know what equipment is in the system.

GeForce 6600, WinXP prof, latest drivers from NVidia, UFO:AI 2.1.1 hotfix 2.
