Hello second thing, i am in around september 2084 and i have never seen any Ufo in the sky? Is it normal? i constructed around 3/4 radars in 4 bases... but nothing in the sky except Lucy of course :)

Assuming you are playing 2.1.

UFOs turn up eventually, at a certain stage of the game. you despatch fighters. other shortcomings (which have been greatly improved in the version under development) are listed here:
