Rotate battle Map? Possible or not?

I am new to this game although not new to UFO, Xcom series. I want to ask a question, is it possible to move battle map around, like in proper 3d environment or is it fixed in one position?

Have you tried the arrows keys ?

Theres lots of camera motion possible, including rotation, angle, zoom and first person view. Look at the Keyboard settings in 'Otions'.
