Do svn and stable share configuration?

Just thought the latest svn could mess up with my 2.1 stable configuration, as long as (I suppose) they share the .ufoai folder. I haven't tried yet.

Is there a way to keep different config and savegame files for them, svn and stable?

Mattn:
the latest trunk and 2.1 (2.1.1) branch version is not using the same config as 2.1

i've changed this to ./ufoai/<version>/base/
