3. Fixed by mattn some time ago, I believe.
4. Cancelling the current action here is tricky to implement, because it needs coordination between client and server. I am not even sure how hard would that be to implement.

7. As far as I know it is - after opening the game console.
8. Make a bug report on our tracker please.
9. RF cannot be issued with most of explosive weapons. It is design decision.
10. You mean you want to see such info in Hire menu?
11. That is general problem (about models scaling) which is on our TODO quite long time, but no manpower to fix that.
12. Fixed and included in 2.1.1 as well (hotfix2, iirc).
13. This is a bug. Please make a bug report on our tracker.
