For the 2.1.1 release, which is meant to be bugfixing release (mainly) - no (or at least I don't know about any).
For the 2.2.0 release, which will introduce many new features - definitely there *will* be a sound/music wishlist, but unfortunatelly I cannot give any more details yet.

Oh, and the neverending wishlist for any release is: music tracks for missions. :)

Music tracks are what I'm interested in - sound effects are a chore to make, music is fun :)

Then what can I say more... you know the maps, we played multiplayer already, you should know the feeling of these maps, make nice soundtracks. :)

Also, in your free time try to normalize AlexSullencity.ogg in the matter of volume, please.
