Missing music files.

OK, I would be interested in these two types. I think that the missing music files are fixed for 2.1.1 already, but would be glad to check. Can you quote such errors?

Assertion failure means that you hit an assert() function in the code, and that should never happen. assert() basicaly makes sure that impossible things are impossible ;) by simply conditions, which leads to game abort if they are not true. If you hit that, that means that thing which should be impossible got possible, and that means something bad is in the code somewhere.

I think we already fixed that for 2.1.1 for all missed ogg files, but I would like to be sure. The ogg files you already mentioned in your previous post (mission.ogg, mission4.ogg, and so on) are fixed. If no other files - then we are clean, thanks for that report.

Another very weird thing...
I could not use the particle rifle, the ammo was not researched it kept saying.
Any ammo available was not shown in inventory, but now after a load of a save file and I bought 1 extra ammo clip I can use it and the dark colors are gonna:

There is no 2.1.1 release yet. I was talking about our preparations to 2.1.1 release. There are testinstallers of 2.1.1 one can check at http://mattn.ninex.info/download/
About that coloured weapon - the weapon goes red/brown in case there is no ammo loaded to it.
About Particle weapons - they need to have "Man-Portable particle weapons" research topic researched. More details in UFOpedia description of that technology.
