Problems at installing the 2.1 windows version

when I ran the .exe there occurred an error extracting a .bsp-File, but I have no idea where the error comes from. Any suggestions?

By the way, is bsp for binary space partition?

yes, we are using a heavily modified q2 engine.

The error occurres during the installation. I just got the message AN error occurred
during ?????.bsp (I forgot the filename), back at home I can try it again.


I'm just asking for the bsp, because I know about it from a (Vorlesung) lesson about
computional geometry.

are you sure, that you are using the 2.1 installer? you can also try to download the md5 file from our sourceforge.net download section and verify the md5sums.

maybe your download is just broken.
