I like what you did so far, nonetheless some nitpicking :P
around 1:24 there is a sudden change from this high effect to the low. Maybe you could blend them more together, somehow. Otherwise it's very good. Like what you did with stereo-effects!

Heres the fixed version.  I've also played with the levels to eliminate sub-sonic rumbling and bring forward some of the midrange.
