Multiplayer Server Crash

<< < (2/4) > >>

Mattn:
feedback is welcome :-D

CoeurNoir:
Hmm, ok the last 2.1 dev Version is better but ... i can't play multiplayer. The Dedicated Console is very cool, we can connect, we can play ... 2 minutes.

After that, me or my friend is disconnect with a message type like "wcaconnreset on 192.168.0.101:(port)" it's an example.

Is anyone have the same trouble ?

Mattn:
are you playing over wlan and your connection interrupted?

CoeurNoir:
wlan ? wireless lan ? we are two computers on a D-Link Router but in wire connection (RJ45). the server crash and return to windows.

i have the message that you send to me on the link.

WSAECONNRESET connection reset on 192.168.0.101

Is that a local problem between us or a game bug who lose packets during the multiplayer game ?

We really want to play UFO:AI. We are addict, thanks a lot for helping me.

Hey Guys,
great work. Congratulations! I though the project was fading, but I checked out the Beta link, installed, had some fun and was glad to see some improvement on network. Was even able to spot the "dedicated server", but couldnt get past a repeat of "connecting to..." And there are only two slots and no bots (is that a point of setup or one of possibility?).

Sorry to break into the discussion, but here is where I found the beta link. Anyhow CoeurNoir and girl could play over Internetserver, if Network fails. So finally my questions:
Why does it not connect? There is no error message.
