Alien containment ?

Greets,

Looking at the Wiki, I see it mentions an "Alien containment" building in the starting facility. I have seen no such thing, nor am I able to build it.
I disabled my 1st alien, I suppose they brought it back to base...

I have studied every bit of technology other than xenobiology (sp?) ... that is still grayed out, am I stuck?

Alien Containment facility is by default build in your first base... but in next release based on 2.1 code. No working Alien Containment code in 2.0-RC6 or previous ones.
