I win 20 mission and i cant hire new people...

:) I win  20 mission and i dont have soldier. i start with 8 soldier and after 20 mission i cant hire any people, any soldier, any scientist(i have 6), any medic(only 2) any worker. Tell me all whats wrong?

2.0 for linux

Gedeon:
now i see that after mission in my statistic is that the member of win mission is 0 but i win 20 mission.  Lost mission also 0.
